“I have waited so long for the Jojoba rebalancing face and body oil to be stocked and it did not disappoint! The organic jojoba oil was my favourite and this is a great alternative as the line has ended.”

“Love all the products and got my daughter to use FT too. We went to the shop in London where she had her facial skin analyzed. The lady was so lovely and helpful and my daughter is very happy with her new regime! Highly recommended.”

“Bought a face cream and two weeks later I get an email telling me that the company is filing for bankruptcy and I’m not getting my money back nor my product. Do not buy from this company, they are going out of business!”

Agden Consulting Ltd, the previous company behind FaceTheory, entered administration. As a result, a small number of parcels which Agden Consulting distributed were disrupted during this process and not delivered. Sachez que, dans la majorité des cas, nous prépayons les frais de douane pour nos clients afin d’éviter toute surprise. Cependant, il arrive parfois que ce règlement ne soit pas reconnu par les services douaniers, qui peuvent alors facturer directement le client. “I have recently returned to use Face Theory products having tried another regime. I am pleased that I did, the cleanser, toner and oil plus the SPF30 moisturiser are excellent smell beautiful and have a great price tag too. This alongside the ecofriwndly packaging makes me glad I came back.”

“Great products , got my friends on it . My skin has cleared up a bit with the cream , also skin looks slightly brighter. Will definitely recommend, could do with some other samples to try for fine lines and dark circles . All in all very happy.”

“The consistency is not thick enough is more like a cream, doesn’t foam and just glides on the skin like a lotion. The exfoliating particule’s don’t exfoliate the skin, both face and especially body. Probably the worst one I have trialled. However the smell is fruity, citrusy. Whether your skin is gentle or more firm and you need something more to get the job done - this isn’t the product.”

Our scrub is formulated as a dual-action exfoliator combining chemical exfoliation from 2% glycolic acid with physical exfoliation from natural jojoba beads. It has a creamy consistency designed to gently glide on the skin rather than foaming, providing a more refined and smooth exfoliating effect rather than an abrasive scrub. The jojoba beads are biodegradable and meant to gently polish without harsh scratching, which some users find more suitable for sensitive skin types. If you feel the exfoliating particles were not effective enough on your face or body, it may be that the texture is milder compared to more grainy scrubs and is designed to complement the chemical exfoliation rather than replace vigorous physical exfoliation. For those needing a stronger physical exfoliation, this product might indeed feel less intense. It is best used on damp skin and massaged gently, then rinsed thoroughly.
