Combining tranexamic acid with other skincare ingredients and using sun protection can enhance its effectiveness. More noticeable changes in hyperpigmentation, including a reduction in dark spots and melasma, typically occur after 4-8 weeks of regular application. “Sorry - but I prefer the old branding. I used to love the moisterisers and the face wash. These are now completely different textures and not the same. I also cannot buy the lovely face cloths you used to have. Please go back to the old branding and the old ingredients. I dont think I will continue with your products. Have bought from the outlet a few times but the old items are now scarce.”

“Die Lieferung und die Verpackung waren top. Die Produkte sind teils teils. Die Seren sind gut, den Toner vertrag ich leider garnicht und bekam Ausschlag und der Lippenstift lässt sich nicht gut auftragen. Die Farbe des Blushes ist super schön, nur leider ist er in der Anwendung unpraktisch, weil aus der Tube immer etwas mehr herauskommt als eigentlich geplant. Tolles Brand mit ein paar Schwierigkeiten.”

Chère Fatime, Merci pour votre avis. La crème hydratante quotidienne Glow-C SPF 30 est formulée pour être légère et non crayeuse. Les résidus blancs que vous pouvez rencontrer après l'application du produit peuvent être dus à plusieurs facteurs : * **Utilisation excessive de produit :** L'application d'une quantité excessive de crème hydratante peut empêcher celle-ci d'être complètement absorbée par la peau. Essayez d'en utiliser une plus petite quantité. * **Application incorrecte :** Ne pas frotter le produit doucement et soigneusement peut également laisser une trace blanche. * **Superposition de produits :** L'application de produits trop proches les uns des autres sans laisser sécher chaque couche peut entraîner la formation d'un mélange blanc crémeux. Veuillez attendre que chaque produit sèche avant d'appliquer la couche suivante. Nous espérons que ces conseils vous aideront. Facetheory Team

“The products are gorgeous and have made my 45 year old skin glow. I have had so many compliments about how well I look since I started using them, probably four years ago now. The only drawback is the redesigned packaging, especially the tubes for the moisturisers. I have hand and wrist issues and find it difficult to squeeze out the product when it gets near the end. I struggle to roll up the metal tube and have to force it up from underneath the neck of the tube, which usually results in an explosion of wasted product. Either that, or I have to leave product in the tube and throw it away. It’s almost impossible to get the amount I need out of the tube, and if I squeeze a bit too much, it’s wasted. So either way you cut it, I’m wasting a lot of product now. I know there are supposed to be sustainability reasons for this, but it’s just a shame. I am going to experiment with decanting my tubes into glass jars. I also miss the old colour coded labels too, so much easier to select at a glance both from the website and from your shelf. This won’t annoy everyone, but it’s my experience.”
