“Skin became red, tingly and the pimples became worse and very lumpy. When I stopped using Facetheory my skin got better. After reading the home page I had such high expectations and hope that it would help my skin :(”

Hi Yvonne, We are so sorry to hear that you reacted. Many elements can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient which is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time, or even external/environmental factors. Looking at the products you ordered, you may have introduced them too quickly to your skin. We'd recommend using the serums just once a week, in the beginning, to allow your skin to adapt to them and to avoid any purging. Hi Sasha, We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend this to happen, however, couriers can experience some delays due to import procedures and other national and international events. Looking at the tracking of the original order, it arrived in the destination country and processing through the system. Les changements sur votre peau prendront au moins un mois, mais vous devez suivre une nouvelle routine pendant au moins trois mois pour en évaluer l'efficacité. “I purchased the Vitamin C Cream Cleanser. I have used a cream cleanser previously and was looking for a new one as that texture works best for my skin. This one is lovely it goes on really nice using little product and my face feels refreshed and clean. I use morning and night. Will definitely purchased again and recommend to anyone!”
