“I'm quite satisfied with this moisturiser as recently I've been struggling with severe painful acne on my chin which I've been prescribed a cream from the doctors for, the cream causes my skin to become very dry, peel and burns so this moisturiser helps with the dryness and peeling while also being gentle and doesnt increase burning like other moisturisers I've used.”

“I love these products. It’s so neutral and easy on my skin. Winter is the best with their products because the thick night creams suit me well. The support is also amazing. They have never let me down.”

“Face cream and cream cleanser are brilliant. Bought these two products for the second time. The night cream is also good but quite a strong floral scent so probably wouldn't buy again after it's finished. The pore reducing toner is effective but again a very strong scent.”

“The first and only time I’ve bought something from here I didn’t get my package even though I checked multiple times and it told me it was already at my house. Never has this happened anytime I deliver from Amazon, and I couldn’t even get a refund because it’s not possible to prove I don’t have the item.”

Hi Fernando, We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, it shows on the tracking that it was delivered ''IN/AT MAILBOX''. Maybe a neighbour accepted the parcel? Ot it was stolen? I can see that our customer service team provided you already with a full refund without declining this in the first place. Again, many apologies for any inconvenience this caused.
