“I use Facetheory for a while and I really like them. The products are great i know my favorites now. If I product doesn't suit my skin I got a replacement so I like to try the new products. They're quick to respond to questions. If you buy in the sales periods the prices are quite affordable also.”

“It's the second time that I buy the Amil C-whip SPF 30. I like that it protects my skin from the sun. I use an other brand to moisturize my dry skin even more. The shipment was long for France but I could follow the parcel on the web, which is convenient. I may buy again.”

“I was after a new skincare routine that was more affordable but still effective & the products clean. Face Theory was exactly what I was after - with an overwhelming choice of product I emailed the customer service team to help me narrow down my selection & they responded so quickly, given we are on opposite time zones too. The customer service is amazing, the prices are incredibly reasonable & from what I have read the results are amazing. I also love that they offer free shipping to Australia if you spend over $80. The fact they have a 365 day money back guarantee says it all. I cannot wait for my products to arrive!!!”

“I'm a big Facetheory fan! - Products are excellent quality at reasonable prices - Delivery is always quick; I've ordered to both UK and French addresses and the delivery is always right on time. - Customer service is excellent; I've placed many orders with Facetheory and only ever had one (small) issue with an order. The customer service team were super quick to resolve it :) If you are looking for a new skincare regime, I highly recommend trying Facetheory :)”

“Fan des textures, des parfums très doux et frais. Ma crème relaxante nuit est géniale; Au réveil ma peau est souple, hydratée et lumineuse. Elle me convient parfaitement même si j'alterne avec d'autres crèmes ... Petit bémol: Contour des yeux; je n'ai pas trouvé mon bonheur. Et ne suis pas fan du packaging: pas pratique et se détériore rapidement. Je recherche davantage d'hydratation, d'effet lissant et d'éclat surtout.”

“Face theory was recommended to me by my daughter. I suffer from Rosacea and it has recently been quite bad ( sore) I have only just started to use the face theory sensitive skin set but it seems to be easing some of the symptoms.”

“Love this company so much. My skin has improved a lot since I first discovered them and started using their products. I have extremely sensitive skin to the point it's impossible to find products I can safely use, but they have a lot of serums that I can use without having any kind of reaction. And on the few occasions that I did have a problem with anything I ordered, they immediately refunded me or allowed me to choose a different item to try instead.”

“Can’t thank Facetheory enough for bringing back my confidence. I do have the tendency to get tanned but never thought my skin will be damaged so badly. I started off with The Ordinary and it was getting better but it wasn’t there yet and then I was exploring other options and came across Facetheory. The Exaglow was a game changer and started giving me some hope, I use it along with Lumizela and BHA serum. I added the new retin c scar oil and wasn’t disappointed. All the products are gentle and at the same time provides results. One has to be consistent as it does take months but you will see results.”

“I order regularly from Facetheory their products are definitely within reason of price & their customer service always on hand when need advice etc. Delivery is extremely fast & efficient! I've seen a tremendous difference to my skin since using their products have much more confidence in my skin now. Highly recommend to anyone to use them definitely worthwhile”
