“Beautiful lights but my heart sank when I realised you need to thread every tiny led light into a cardboard-type bauble. They are relatively expensive for something you have to make yourself. However, once done they are beautiful unusual lights”

“This is my four purchase and just love the lights. They are definitely worth paying a little extra for. Had an issue with the latest set and customer services sorted it out very quickly which was much appreciated and again, it makes such a difference knowing they are actually there to help. Buy the lights, you won’t be disappointed!!”

“I have purchased a lot from you in the past but not as pleased with the colours this time. Ordered sage and sapphire and they were much brighter than the picture. Have now re ordered pale blue and white.”

“You cannot ring Cable and Cotton so are powerless to do anything after pressing buy. We ordered 4 sets of lights and some accessories but forgot to add the discount code. We immediately realised our mistake and tried to cancel the order a few minutes later. There is no phone number to call to cancel. And no option to cancel within the first hour or later. We could only email. We did that straight away. We have had no reply. Cotton and Cable say online buyers have a right to return goods if they haven't opened them for a full refund and we can reorder with the discount code saving 25%. In the UK the law says you can return goods if the packaging has been opened but we won't need to open the package. We will have to pay for the return of the goods when they arrive. You would have thought there would be a way of contacting Cable and Cotton to add the discount before they have started processing the order or before they have sent it. The alternative is for us to send it back only for identical goods to arrive the same day! In fact all the lights will arrive with the same courier. Only for half of them to go straight back again. Madness.”
