Hi James Sorry to hear about your bad experience with us here at Bearing King, we do try our best to sort out any problems that arise, I do believe your order was for v belts that our supplier PIX were out of stock, we do try and stock most items on our website but get caught out from time to time, this being one of them So sorry for not handling it better, Kind Regards Mark King Director Bearing King
