“Two small orders in quick succession. Brilliant! Staff relaxed and helpful on the phone, internet orders made 16:50 arrived next day, good range of sizes and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again, and won't bother with local suppliers who have smaller ranges, higher prices, and no interest in small orders.”

“I purchased the wrong size bearing by accident and was told that I could send them back and get a refund and this this towards another purchase. I send the bearing back, did not receive my refund and have heard nothing since I would avoid this company as it appears they do not value small customers at all”
