“Ordered some seals which said were in stock on the website for next working day delivery. 3-4 working days later no seals had arrived. Had to chase to find out they weren't actually in stock with Bearing King or their supplier. However, once chased was offered an alternative which would do the same job which came the next day. Lacking in communication in the first instance to say they would be delayed when the job they were needed for was quite urgent. Finally sorted out with a good outcome in the end.”

“I placed my order over the phone as I wasn’t sure exactly about the size and dimensions for the belt. The lady asked as many details as possible and helped me to get the rightest belt for my machine. Good price, excellent service! Highly recommend!”
