“First time customer, small item that was dispatched quickly. I chose Royal Mail tracked postage who caused 2/3 days delay in me receiving as they sent to wrong part of uk. Fortunately they noticed and re-routed and I’ve now received.”

“Ordered online with 'in stock' tag line but am still waiting for delivery. Left answerphone message and sent email requesting expected despatch date but no reply!! On the plus side managed to speak with someone on the phone (a real plus in this day and age) who told me that their stock should be replenished soon. Answers below are guesses!!”
