Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. Your order was placed using our Royal Mail Standard Shipping, which is our cheapest option and typically takes 2–5 working days to arrive. This service is not tracked until delivery and is designed for customers who are happy to wait a little longer in exchange for lower cost. For customers who need items sooner, we also offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Next Working Day delivery, both of which are clearly available at checkout. We always dispatch orders promptly and are happy to help customers choose the best shipping option for their needs. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
