“I found Antony Hodari Solicitors online when I was looking for no win no fee support with disrepairs. I'll be honest I didn't have much hope that they would be much help. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the outset they were highly professional. Always in constant communication, and supporting every step of the way. Now the council are finally doing my garden and the work to the house, including compensation. I barely lifted a finger apart from to sign my name. Can't recommend highly enough”

“I am an impatient person. I do understand that certain things,take time. Even when you receive a court date,it's many months away. All of which,aren't a fault with Antony Hodari. They organised a Surveyor to attend my property,who was very thourough (much more than the Landlords). There was a period of no interaction,which i wouild guess is normal. I received a phone call from AH,which i followed up with a short while after. Then entered a period,of document signing,followed by a Court date. My landlord caved in,and agred to pay costs,with fine. AH have said they will contact myself,when the 90 day period for repairs to be completed,is near end. I would advise those that clearly have a case against their landlord,to NOT take out the insurance. Be more patient than myself. There will be a period of silence. A short email asking for any updates,is ok. Overall i was happy.”

“AHS acted on my behalf in a case against Hackney Council. After my taking my complaint to stage 2 they took over and regularly checked in with me. They organised their own inspections and surveyors as well as providing a dedicated contact for my ongoing queries. All I had to do was let them know if the council contacted me or had done any works which hadn't happened since pre-lockdown. They also had acted for a neighbour in my block who had the same damp and water ingress issues and had been fighting LBH for £10 years. Both of us eventually had our living rooms decorated, and the council forced to erect external scaffold to repair the repointing of the brickwork to our 5th floor homes. Both of us also received payments way above what the council had already offered at stage 2 complaints. My final pay out was, 5 x higher. I'd recommend them in a snap as I have have recommended them for other neighbours.”
