“I found Antony Hodari Solicitors online when I was looking for no win no fee support with disrepairs. I'll be honest I didn't have much hope that they would be much help. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the outset they were highly professional. Always in constant communication, and supporting every step of the way. Now the council are finally doing my garden and the work to the house, including compensation. I barely lifted a finger apart from to sign my name. Can't recommend highly enough”

“Thanks a lot for your assistance with my disrepaired house issue with One housing. I got the £600 compensation for my damaged and condemed belongings. The doors adjustment, cracked ceillings, loosed tiles and cracks on the floors have not been repaired. I have heard nothing from them regarding these repairs. We are now in winter my floors are cold, I cannot lay my carpets because the doors and floors need to be repaired before l can lay my carpet comfortably. Please can you put pressure on One Housing to immediately start the repairs and complete repairs in time to enable me live in a decent acceptable dwelling.”

Dear Ms Brown, The above is simply incorrect. Out of your agreed damages several hundred pounds was retained by your landlord to offset rental arrears. If you disagree and are in credit at any point, then you are able to request a refund. This was explained by your solicitor James (who has been qualified since 2007) on 3 November. Out of the remainder we took a success fee of £90+VAT and there was an insurance policy which you agreed to at the outset of your claim.

“This Solicitlors we're amazing. Acted swiftly with getting our house safe from health and safety issues that may occur. Damp, guttering, facias repaired as this was not repaired within the 42 years of being in a council property. When we look in the news of the little boy who died through damp also mild we as pensioners are very lucky with the health conditions we have Marie has 13 health conditions an Daniel as also poor health conditions.
