“Wouldn't use them again as there focus is more about the money than making sure repairs are carried out to a professional standard. No inspections are carried out after the repairs have been done. I had to redecorate my bathroom after a poor standard was carried out.”

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. You instructed us solely to pursue an Environmental Protection Act prosecution. In this case, your landlord completed the required works within the statutory period allowed to abate the nuisance. As a result, no prosecution proceeded and we did not receive any payment from either you or your landlord. The standard of repair works is the responsibility of the landlord. Our role in an EPA matter is limited to enforcement of the statutory nuisance and does not extend to supervising or inspecting the quality of repairs once the nuisance has been remedied. We regret that you were dissatisfied with the workmanship and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

“I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone so your £10 gift card can be kept. I don’t feel that my feeling, options or request were taking into consideration at any point during this case. I asked for your help to get my disabled sons wetroom and bedroom repaired as The Guiness Partnership were not doing so. I started my case about a year ago, maybe longer, and I still haven’t had anyone even come and look at the job. I am absolutely at my wits end and don’t know where to go from here. So thanks for nothing and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!”

“I found that, this firm did the bare minimum, my claim has not been resolved as the problem still persists and has not yet been brought back up to satisfactory standard. Southwark council had approx 120 days to complete but then carried out other works to the property that wasnt pressing, they created damage and they are slowly bringing that back to satisfaction. My overall judgement of this would be poor as i dont think they did enough to support my needs and the problems i had in the property. My house has been left upside down for months now. I would not ever recommend because Antony Hodari Solicitor did nothing to show there involvement, even to the courts.”
