“Initially a lot was promised the issues that I had were resolved but when it came to compensation i was left with nothing only about 15 percent of what I was originally supposed to get. Once the solicitors receive their own fees you don’t really count anymore. Plus never was explained that if you owe rent or council tax they will deduct that from your compensation. I was expecting around £2800 only received £570 after years of mould and mice.”
