“I am so grateful for your help and support and thank you for your help, the council still haven't done the bathroom ceiling or anything about the rats mice pigeons squirrels in the roof and also i have a family member who needs help as he paid a £500 deposit for a room then changed his mind he hadn't moved in and wasn't given keys but when he asked for his deposit back the landlady refused point blank to give it back to him so he needs to get this money back how would he go about doing this”
