“Overall, my experience with Antony Hodari Solicitors was average. The team was polite and professional, but communication could have been more consistent, and the process took longer than I expected. They did eventually resolve my matter, but there is room for improvement in keeping clients updated throughout the case.”

“Everything was ok but I believe you could of done better with the compensation and the amount dat was giving as part from this experience everything was ok but I believe anyone dealing with pests should be awarded a lot more compensation as it’s been a stressful experience and if you have mental illness or health then it should be considered compensation in your policy and up graded accordingly as you can see I have to paint the rest of my ceiling after the repair which will cost money. kind regards lee”

Hi, Unfortunately we need to ask for ID documentation as its a requirement for AML regulations. We haven't received your bank details form and will process upon receipt.

“They were supportive. But it comes with a lot of paper work. Also the fee is outstanding. They take over 60% of what ever is offered. The job still is not done.”

“Council still haven't finished repairs and they closed the claim saying they tried phoning but couldn't get through even though they could of emailed me so the council failed there end of the contract and I'm still the one suffering cause they couldn't email me as my phone was not working at the time”

“There mixed signals whereby trying to send emails attachments and at times accusations and assumptions without having a conversation over the phone at least. They were abrupt and impatient.”

“I'm not particularly happy with out come, when I add up the time I took off work for repairs that didn't happen and having to buy new washing machine due to block in pipes I'm out of pocket. Repairs still to be done weeks after claim and have already had three visits from housing association where they repeat taking photos and no work, been 14 months without a safe kitchen floor.”

“They have helped me so far in getting a promise to repair from my landlord and a small settlement ( not at all worth the 2 almost 3 years i have been waiting for repairs but thats its cool ) The solicitor thats been helping me is very nice and forthcoming, she is always ready to answer a question and she is very informative to the point where sometimes you dint even have to ask a question, However when you call the office the people that answer the phones are very rude and dismissive and they talk over you and you can just hear in their voices they don’t care about you or what you have to say. I record all my calls. Its better to call than to email because i have never got a response to my emails but i do get through with calls.”
