“I was getting nowhere with my landlord reporting mould and damp but now all the issues with my flat are being repaired. I was surprised how easy the process was and how quickly my landlord responded and now the repairs are finally scheduled and I’m really happy.”

“Did not get all work completed as set out in the surveyors report. Then took half the money awarded which included £300 for an insurance policy to cover costs if the case was lost. Therefore absolutely no risk to them so why entitled to half the award?”
