“This is not the first time to use WOWBBQ to order spare parts or other items. I have ordered for my "Weber Master Touch" a thermometer as a spare part because the previous one has been broken due to the age and usage of the fantastic BBQ from Weber. The Thermometer arrived without a wing nut to secure the thermometer to the BBW lid. I have informed the Customer Support Team, and they sent me a.s.a.p. the wing nut per post. I can only say that this kind of support is outstanding, and I will highly recommend WOWBBQ.”

“I have bought over half a dozen bbqs from WoW over a number of years, and can honestly say that their customer service and competitiveness is second to none. Most recently I took advantage of the Weber Cashback deals to buy a new gas grill, and everything went extremely smoothly, from purchase to delivery. I feel that WoW are keen to look after their customers well, they are efficient and attentive, and I would thoroughly recommend buying with them.”

“The purchase transaction was excellent form start to finish. I had lots of questions prior to purchase, which were answered honestly and with experience. The delivery process was also excellent. Still to unbox the item, but I am sure if any issues then WOWBBQ will be just as helpful.”

“Amazing next day service from London to rural Scotland arrived after lunch less than 24hrs from ordering my weber barbecue very well packaged on pallet. Plus I hope that I will benefit from the Weber cash back promotion that Wowbbq pointed out I should make sure I did a prompt claim to ensure I benefitted.”

“I had a positive experience dealing with WOWBBQ. Their prices are very reasonable, and delivery was done quickly and efficiently. I had a query regarding the Weber Summer Cashback offer and within minutes the person I spoke to had sent me the information that I required. I also appreciated the extra email that they sent regarding this cashback offer containing supporting information about how to apply for it. And on top of that, they sent a code for a discount on barbecue accessories. 👍”
