“Purchased a WEBER MASTER-TOUCH GBS PREMIUM SE E-5775. It arrived very promptly and I arranged for the family to come over for a BBQ. As I was building it, I found the bowl of the BBQ had been damaged. What to do? Family were all on their way and the BBQ was damaged. I phoned up and spoke to a nice man who informed me I could still use the BBQ, (crisis averted), and to take some photos and email them in. That was on the Saturday, by Wednesday a new Bowl had arrived. Excellent service, any company can sell things, it’s the customer service that will make sure you use them again and again. Many thanks. Tony Motto”

“I have no complaints at all, prompt customer service. The Webber Grill arrived undamaged and when I asked for it. The Grill is assembled, sadly the weather hasn't been kind thus far, so I haven't used it, other than the burn out. Would recomend this company for your Weber Grill”
