“Just bought our second Weber Electric Barbeque from WOW BBQ, who are a pleasure to deal with. The staff are always helpful and friendly, especially Patrick, who's customer service is second to none. Great product, great price, same day despatch and next day delivery, what more could you ask for. Such a refreshing change, these days, to deal with a company that cares about their customers :-)”

“I purchased my Weber Q1200 from WOWBBQ and was immediately impressed with the superb packing and easy to understand instructions which made it very simple to assemble. When I had some difficulty getting it to work, I got in touch with the customer service team who responded very quickly and were able to resolve the problem (which was of my own making) We enjoyed our first Weber bbq the following day, finding the bbq quick to heat up and easy to use with great results - Thankyou WOW.”

“A very efficient company to deal with, i had a few queries on the product i was buying and Lee was very helpful and described each product in depth for use with a BBQ, delivery was arranged once payment made and was delivered on time and well wrapped with no damage at all. I would buy products from this com pony again, friendly, very helpful and a good price.”

“If your looking for anything Weber related, use this company first, you will not be disappointed. I looked around for the best deal as you do, I’m so glad that I chose WOWBBQ the service that I got was second to none. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. Ok I had a slight hiccup, but it was sorted straight away, with next day delivery, again very professional service. I did not hesitate in giving 5 stars for such a phenomenal service.”

“Patrick from WOW was amazing with the delivery of our BBQ. Despite TNT not delievering when they said that would Patrick made sure by sending out a new BBQ immediately. I will always buy my accessories from WOW from now on. Huge hanks guys”

“What great service, Lee went above and beyond to make sure that the bbq arrived on the agreed delivery day. On the other hand the courier fell well short of our expectations and did not have the bbq on board for delivery as expected. A phone call to Lee at WOWBBQ and the issue was sorted, the bbq arrived later that day. I would definitely recommend WOWBBQ their commitment to deliver a high standard of customer service was clearly met.”
