“Had a problem receiving my rug as UP’s didn’t adhere to the instructions to leave it with my neighbour - when I eventually received it it was dirty on the ends where the polyethene had come away emailed woven and a replacement rug was sent straight away - great service”

“I ordered a Louis de Poorterre Graffito rug and it is really lovely. I was pleased to receive the bank holiday discount. I would have liked to have received an email acknowledgement when I placed the order but I was sent this after telephoning (took a while to get through!) I have since ordered an LDP Dora rug and am still awaiting an email acknowledgement! Delivery was about a week which is not bad given that it had to come direct from the manufacturer and I hope to receive the Dora rug within the same timescale. Really beautiful rugs!”
