“I ordered the boho 8280 rug in beige, when it arrived it was absolutely gorgeous, nice thick pile, my only complaint is the customer service is very bad, they do not give updates when goods are delayed, sometimes taking days to reply to an email, and leaving the customer to do all the chasing. Customer service 1/5 Actual product 5/5”
