“My order got off to a bit of a wobbly start. When I ordered there was a free offer of an anti slip mat being offered, and to email them on the chat to claim the mat after the order had been placed. I never had confirmation from the chat message. The rug arrived, after 10 days, and tracking was provided. The anti slip mat didn't arrive, and sadly, on just opening the top of the rug, the edging stitching was faulty on a corner. I emailed Woven, and had a rapid response from the lovely Megan, who sorted everything out. A replacement rug ordered, an anti slip mat sent out, the faulty rug collected, and a new one delivered, all within 2 weeks! Great communication, which made such a difference, and was much appreciated. Thank you Team Woven. Highly recommended and will purchase from again.”
