“Amazing customer service! I’ve been dealing with James who has been so helpful and communicative throughout our transaction. I know due to Brexit there was a bit of a delay with the delivery of our rug but we’ve been kept up to date every step of the way.”

“Love the quality so much I will return when I need another.there is not a lot of places that do a thick rug but I found one here .very fast service to with a chance to pay in instalments makes it easier”

“Superb Service and Excellent Value For Money - bought an expensive rug on line, after speaking with a helpful assistant over the phone. I searched for the same rug with other suppliers and Woven were over £150 cheaper. The delivery driver could not get his lorry up our road, so carried the heavy rug without even being asked. I was concerned that the rug would look different to the pictures on line, but bought with confidence knowing Woven would take the rug back if it was not suitable, thankfully it is exactly like the pictures and we could not be happier. Really, I could not have asked for better service from beginning to end.”

“Extremely quick delivery and the rug is gorgeous. I was worried that it would look cheap as it was very reasonably priced compared to similar ones I’d seen in other more well known stores (Next etc). But it’s got a really thick pile and looks really well made.”

“Bought the Celestial CES15 rug from Woven. The ordering process was very easy. The rug is lovely - just what I was looking for. And delivery was super, super fast!! What more could I want? An excellent shopping experience. I would not hesitate to use Woven again : )”

“I loved my rugs/runners. They were both the same and just the colour I asked for and the correct length. I posted to Instagram that night they came that I was happy and photos of them in situ.”

“Nice rugs at a good price. They arrived a little later than expected but Woven were very responsive when I contacted them to ask about the delay and kept me fully updated afterwards. Given the uncertainties of the current times that’s good service in my book.”
