“Very good and reliable company to deal with. Responsive customer service via email. I had ordered a patio broom as a gift. When the parcel was not delivered on the expected day, I needed to change the delivery address. World of Wolf cancelled my original order and reordered on my behalf. Their customer services staff member saved the day and the parcel was duly delivered to the amended address.”
