Beware when ordering from here as mine was a disaster from start to finish. Next day guaranteed delivery, WRONG! My parcels were in two separate packages, one was delivered the other wasn't. 1st parcel was delivered in an unsealed box and was faulty. Rang to get it replaced but all had the same fault so a refund would be forthcoming on receipt of returned goods. Day 2, faulty item collected along with the delivery of the second item which was packed in soaking wet cardboard. Just have to take their word that the item is collected as no proof provided by carrier which it WRONG. Emailed Wolf Garten to ask for refund immediately now that the faulty item has been collected so I could purchase another. Friday afternoon so very conveniently didn't respond so now have to wait until at least Monday. Wish I could include photos to show how bad it all was. Their mistake but I have to suffer because of it. Back to my tried and trusted Amazon.

I paid £6 for next day delivery. Got an email from APC to say they couldn't deliver next day with an apology. I mailed Wolf and asked for a refund of the £6 and heard nothing. Very poor.

Purchased an attachment for my long reach poll and paid extra for over night delivery and its now a week ago and i still haven't received it !! Maybe you should change your courier's .And I'm still waiting for somebody to tell me what's happened to it

Purchased a Bundle Offer and charged £84.99. If I had bought separately I would have paid £78.99. What a con… I have contacted the company and still waiting for a reply. On opening the item I found paperwork for another customer with all her personal details, it appears Wolf do not comply with the GDPR legislation. Concerned now where my details were sent. I await to hear from them and will update when I have.

Extremely poor customer service, which really deserves a 'nil star' categorisation rather than one star. After several decades of being a loyal customer one would expect at least a level of courtesy and service. Future buyers be warned, if you expect customer service, shop elsewhere.

Delighted with the tools and delivery time but the quality of the packaging materials was terrible - the handle arrived with half of the box missing - very lucky to have it arrive intact and damage free. Tools were wrapped in bubble wrap and black plastic and were scuffed and dirty. The products deserve better packages to represent a quality brand

Awful experience with this company. I placed an order and advised them I needed it within the five days they confirmed for delivery. I waited two days and called the company to enquire as to the status of the order. The man checked for me and advised it was being despatched the following morning and I would definitely receive it the next day. The next day in the late afternoon, I received a cursory, generic email cancelling my order as it was out of stock and offering no further assistance. I spoke to a supervisor who could not tell me when it would next be in stock and told me they don't work from a live system and there was nothing he could do despite the assurances given by his colleague. Do not rely on this company to deliver what you order.

This company sent me an email asking me to give them a five star review. As I have not yet received the item I ordered I consider this to be really jumping the gun and think they have an almighty cheek to ask such a thing. So only one star I’m afraid.

Tried ordering online. When finalising payment, system says Whoops there is a problem, try again. Having tried 3 times, still get message that there is a problem, try again. On checking with credit card company, find that World of Wolf have processed the failed transaction, 3 times. Only method to contact World of Wolf is via email. which takes 5 days for a reply. Also that once an order is placed it is final and no cancellation is accepted. No problem for me if only do one order, but don't want 3 of the same item.

What went wrong? Ask Lee who i am dealing with. My secateurs arrived damaged in torn old used packaging and all he says is send a photo which i have done now 3 TIMES. All he says is i am sorry but i can not see any fault.. The blade has a chip in it that makes the cut not clean..Andrew Perigo
