“Had a very prompt and very informative reply from Niall Murray Customer services when querying the delivery of my parcel. I had thought Royal Mail was delivering n had discarded two texts from APC saying “Overnight delay to parcel click link “ thinking it was scam. He checked the whereabouts n expected arrival n confirmed delivery by APC putting my mind at rest. Parcel arrived next day.”

“So far so good... I ordered the 4M branch clipper and my only issue is why did I not order this years ago! it has been fantastic for trimming some of our tree's which are difficult to reach, it has also saved us a fortunate as we have not had to hire any one to do the job for us.. A great item”
