“Very disappointed with World of Wolf after my recent purchase. The Dustpan I ordered was delivered missing it's handle. I emailed immediately and received an apologetic response promising a replacement would be sent without delay. 10 days passed and no handle arrived, so emailed again. Another apologetic response and 10 days on again and still no handle. This simply is not the level of customer service I had expected from World of Wolf, just not good enough! Love the Wolf Garten products, but World of Wolf was a complete letdown on this occasion. Packaging also was not the best!”
