“We've had numerous of your products over the years and the quality of the steel is no where near as good as it was. The steel looks and feels cheap. Very disappointed in your latest products.”

“Tool very good, ordered a small hoe push pull it's brilliant, Delivery atrocious over two weeks for delivery, not happy about that, had massages telling me it's on its way then sorry something happened then a new message saying thank you for your order, then it turned up two weeks later”

“Delivery of replacement garden scrapers (2 weeding knife attachments) was fine. With the amount of weeding between flags and pavings that I do for gardening customers, I get through about 2 each year - even though they are stated to be guaranteed for 30 years. They effectively do the job required, but the blade gets worn away. When the Wolf Garten order confirmation was sent to me by e-mail, the details includinig cost were not visible because it ahd been covered in two alrge black areas.”

“I ordered two items, as a returning customer despite very dissapointing warranty let downs i received no advice that the parcel was actually going to arrive in two parts by another courier than that listed in the sales receipt.....in reused boxes from other companies wrapped in cellotape. The weld on the draw hoe looks so so. Id be surprised it it lasts. The 4m extending pole is a newer design than the one that failed prematurely last time. Hopefully this one lasts or wolfgarten actually hold up their 35 year guarentee.”

“The rake itself thankfully was undamaged which is more than can be said for the package, ripped and crunched in all manner of places, so much so the postman actually asked if we were willing to accept delivery.”

“Product seems fine (not used it yet) but some constructive feedback.. customer service level could be improved. Estimate delivery time was 5 days, I contacted email support address after 7 days never received a response (still havent). The shipping company attempted delivery a few more days on but went to wrong location, i received it the following day.”

“At moment it is a three. It should be extendable, but it is "iffy" about locking in an extended mode. I have fears it may fail to engage when I next use it in trees.”

“I found it quite difficult to find what I wanted on the website. Delivery was fast, pleased with that, but the packaging was very damaged when it arrived, very disappointing. Fortunately the item itself wasn’t damaged. I bought it as a present, so wrapped it up in pretty paper, then parcelled it up so much better than it arrived.”

“I found it difficult to find the hoe tools on the website and finished up bying what I thought was the only one, namely the 15cm wide version. I really wanted the 10cm model, but I couldn't find it.”

“Left instructions about where to leave the goods as i would not be at home. Disappointingly they were left with a neighbour despite this. On the plus side the goods were delivered next day which was a surprise even though i had to visit three neighbours to find out who had taken the goods from the driver!”

“I found wolf patio rake multi tool on Sunshine Garden Center website for under £5 when I rung them they redirected me to world of Wolf who then charged me nearly £8 just accepted it as I was strapped for time”

“This item could easily have been put into a cardboard box, which would have fitted through my large letter box. But the powers to be at Wolf decided to wrap this item in so much bubble wrap & plastic wrapping that it would not fit through my letter box, thus causing me to take a trip to my nearest Royal Mail sorting office the following day. Your items are very good, but your wrapping business is abysmal. Sorry, David Falconer”

“I love these products so decided to buy one for my sisters birthday. I ordered the interchangeable handle, a fork and two rakes (one for myself). Unfortunately when the ordered arrived yesterday I only had one rake in the parcel. I have contacted customer services and received an automated email. Hopefully they will contact me and send out the missing rake. That’s the only reason for the 3 stars as the products are fantastic.”
