Purchased an attachment for my long reach poll and paid extra for over night delivery and its now a week ago and i still haven't received it !! Maybe you should change your courier's .And I'm still waiting for somebody to tell me what's happened to it

Extremely poor customer service, which really deserves a 'nil star' categorisation rather than one star. After several decades of being a loyal customer one would expect at least a level of courtesy and service. Future buyers be warned, if you expect customer service, shop elsewhere.

Purchased a Bundle Offer and charged £84.99. If I had bought separately I would have paid £78.99. What a con… I have contacted the company and still waiting for a reply. On opening the item I found paperwork for another customer with all her personal details, it appears Wolf do not comply with the GDPR legislation. Concerned now where my details were sent. I await to hear from them and will update when I have.

If you like the tracking number not to work, no answers to your emails asking when the second box will be delivered (couldn’t send as one shipment for some reason, but that was not an issue), so then have to call up yourselves to ask what is happening only to not be told anything other than courier will deliver/courier will call you/no they we will not call you back etc etc... well then go ahead and use these patronising world of wolf money grabbing/politeness lacking people of a world lacking in descent customer services. Communication is all that matters. I would be happy to wait two weeks for the items, honestly, what I don’t like is phones that don’t answer, told to wait for a courier to call who takes 2 days to finally call, a cant be bothered “customer service” gent on the “service” number and to waste my time chasing for info that is not forth coming. Yes you were patronising on the phone to me today and no I will not use you again. Politeness and owning a problem goes a long way in customer services and having my money is not a right to be rude or not bothered. Shame on you and try and learn from this or what’s the point other than selling stuff? Poor show!

Hi Mat, The team and I were all disappointed to see your comments. Whilst you did threaten to leave us a bad review, we had hoped that you would change your mind. We do not take kindly to customers who try to bully us on the phone and then leave personal comments online in an attempt to further upset our team. Using terms like patronising / rude / money grabbing / indecent is wholly unnecessary and frankly, not true. As such we felt compelled to respond to you here. Your order was shipped on time, it was delivered on time, as far we know it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery service that you selected is our free standard 3-4 working day option, this is untracked. However, as per your request; we organised for the courier to call you to provide tracking information. This was attempted on a few occasions but sadly you didn't pick up. A voicemail was then left for you, something you initially denied receiving, later confirmed by you to the courier. We feel that you've not been very fair with us and hope that on reflection you will decide to remove this review. However, should you feel that your comments are appropriate, we hope that prospective customers will be reassured by our response. superb quality of product, so easy to use and really effective on the higher branches. Gentle action using the cord with the 4-pully system, making clean cutting very easy. Next day delivery was superb, Excellent service and I have already recommneded friends that they get one.

Beware when ordering from here as mine was a disaster from start to finish. Next day guaranteed delivery, WRONG! My parcels were in two separate packages, one was delivered the other wasn't. 1st parcel was delivered in an unsealed box and was faulty. Rang to get it replaced but all had the same fault so a refund would be forthcoming on receipt of returned goods. Day 2, faulty item collected along with the delivery of the second item which was packed in soaking wet cardboard. Just have to take their word that the item is collected as no proof provided by carrier which it WRONG. Emailed Wolf Garten to ask for refund immediately now that the faulty item has been collected so I could purchase another. Friday afternoon so very conveniently didn't respond so now have to wait until at least Monday. Wish I could include photos to show how bad it all was. Their mistake but I have to suffer because of it. Back to my tried and trusted Amazon.

I paid £6 for next day delivery. Got an email from APC to say they couldn't deliver next day with an apology. I mailed Wolf and asked for a refund of the £6 and heard nothing. Very poor.

What a poor service! I bought Wolf Garten lawn rake two years ago and it broke recently. This item claims to have a 35 year guarantee. When I tried to claim on the guarantee, Wolf’s response was. ‘Sorry, you must retain the original proof of purchase to make a claim’, Absolute rubbish service! Are we supposed to keep the original proof of purchase for 35 years? I’ve used Wolf tools for many years, but this has made me thing again. Their 35 year guarantee isn’t worth a thing!

No response at all from "customer service" until adverse review put in. They claimed my message had gone into "Junk". Anyway, they offered to refund but then I found it was MY mistake and product WAS compatible with my pole!
