“Range of items was good. Delivery was quick. Return was arranged quickly. 21 days to receive a refund is not okay though! I was told it could take up to 28 days, so felt lucky to get it quicker. But given that it takes minutes to refund a payment via Paypal there is no excuse for this level of delay.”

“We've placed a couple of orders with World of Wolf and both were delivered as ordered and very promptly. But where they really excelled was when one of the products showed signs of failing. They asked if we might have misused the product, we hadn't, so they then sent a replacement that arrived next day. That's very good service for which we're grateful.”

“I bought the tree loopers with the long extending pole after trying a friends. The items arrived in a couple of days, and we used straight away to prune a large tree, it was great to have the height and was very easy to use. Cutting branches easily. Highly recommend, wish I had bought these items earlier.”
