“Had a very prompt and very informative reply from Niall Murray Customer services when querying the delivery of my parcel. I had thought Royal Mail was delivering n had discarded two texts from APC saying “Overnight delay to parcel click link “ thinking it was scam. He checked the whereabouts n expected arrival n confirmed delivery by APC putting my mind at rest. Parcel arrived next day.”
