“Having lost the spring from my trusty Felco 2 secateurs a quick Google search led me to World of Felco. The site was easy to navigate to the items I needed and I ordered what should be a lifetime's worth of replacements, which arrived promptly by Royal Mail. Excellent service typical of Swiss efficiency.”

“Ordering was easy and item arrived within reasonable time. Adjustment key 2/30 was missing from the box but as it was a sealed box I presume this was an error from the manufacturer. Should have reported it to the vendor but only just noticed.”
