“I was really looking forwards to receiving these but when they came the blades kept sticking together. I contacted Felco who suggested they need an adjustment and sent a video link. In the video you need a certain spanner socket or tool, I emailed Felco again as we didn’t have this and expected them to work straight from the packet. We now have to purchase a tool at extra cost, take them apart etc. I cannot see that we have received a reply from Felco about our dissatisfaction”
