“I wrote asking you to consider improve your Secoteurs Felco 8 by extending the retaining lugs that the return spring sits on. You replied by inviting me to spend my money on a pair of replacement springs. Clearly, getting me to spend my money instead of you spending your money to improve your product must have a lot of short-term appeal. Nevertheless, I still wish that you would acknowledge that my suggestion of a cheap & simple solution to what is a very tiresome nuisance (to me as a customer) has some longer term merit.”

“Well I received the Sharpener and thanks for that but 2 weeks later and still no sign of the Beanie Hat that I also paid for and as yet no comment from World of Felco ! Let's see of anyone actually reads these reviews amd goes on to deliver ref. order 5000008458”
