“I ordered two pairs of secateurs but only one pair were posted to me. I spoke to a very pleasant person via customer enquiries, but no one has got back to me by phone or email to confirm that the second pair has been posted. Very disappointed as these were a birthday present.”

“It'd be nice if the pictures on the website gave an idea of scale (ie something like a background of 1" squares?) because no dimensions are given and also no information on how wide the jaws open. I decided on No.2 because the cheap copies you see everywhere look about the right size and wasn't disappointed, they look well made, cut nicely and the price when bought direct was very good too. Would I'd buy these again if they get lost? Yes.”
