“I have been using the same Felco secateurs for about 15 years. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't oiled or sharpened them. Despite this neglect they perform better than any others I have acquired in the meantime. I have recently bought a second pair to deal with lighter tasks.”

“I ordered a small pruning saw and size 2 secateurs, they arrived on Wednesday and I was able to use them the next day pruning on my horticulture course, both are excellent. Service great, I look forward to using them for life as guaranteed!”

“Delivered very quickly packed well, bought gift set No 8 pruner with gloves. From when you take them out of the box can see they are well made they feel good in your hand and well worth the money as good quality always lasts and you can buy spare parts which shows you have purchased a good product from a good company who cares what they make and take pride in their products.”

“good website, but no better than anyone else. The pull down menus were irritating, moving across them or accidentally out of them causes them to disappear. why you can't use the style pioneered by Acorn Computers all those years ago I don't know. (My sincere apologies if I am talking about the wrong website, but it really does seem to be an almost universal problem)”

“Have recently placed two orders with this group. The first they were short of stock and immediately phoned to say so. This order arrived in two parts - they very quickly sent what they had and said the rest would follow. I followed this up by email after a few days, but it seemed more productive to phone which I did in the finish - there was a nice real person on the end and the rest of the order was aleady on its way and was sent by a quality carrier. My seond order arrived by return post. World of Felco seem an excellent company to deal with, but telephone enquiries seem to be dealt with quicker than emails.”
