“The lack of communication was a problem. I did not receive any email confirmation that the clogs had been shipped and I didn't get a tracking number so was unable to track my clogs, paid for the express delivery but they didn't arrive within the stated time frame. Had to contact customer service for a reference number. The correct clogs arrived eventually.”

“Excellent website which resulted in the prompt delivery of fantastic quality clogs. The only problem I have now is to decide which ones to buy next. “Bought these to keep by back door for quick access to garden, bins etc Pro's Order arrived sooner than expected. Clogs are very light and good value. Con's They are a bit small for size. This means they are awkward to just slide your feet into if you've got socks on. Also there are sticky labels on the suede insoles which are hard to remove and leave a sticky mess.”

“Dreadful, not only did they send the wrong pair of clogs, the shoe box was dirty and in pieces, and the paper inside really crumpled and discoloured so it looked like someone had wiped their bottom on it - yes, brown! I also had to write to several of the email addresses provided to get the customer care’s attention. They just wanted to blame Royal Mail which was not the culprit (On the outside, the parcel was neat). It’s been a few weeks and I still haven’t received the correct pair. You would think they’d correct their mistake in a heartbeat. Nope.”
