Really lacking the “human touch”; the World of Clogs seem reluctant to communicate using any mode other than through the online order process. A lack of management contact details available also make it nigh-on impossible to escalate or provide timely feedback. Great clogs - poor “comms””
“Quality doesnt seem as good. Having brought clogs from WOC for some years, this last pair (wood bottoms) is not as well made, wood has come off the heal with ease, probably having caught on a wood or carpeted step, but we thought they usually have this 'terrain' so why this pair? It wont stop us buying again, but we may try a different model.”
“I’ve recently bought AM toffein clogs.
They’re more or less what I expected except that the soles are very poor. Despite the ribbed pattern they give almost no protection against slipping and I’ve had to have them resoled immediately.
According to W of C, 3 stars means “acceptable” but I definitely don’t apply the word to the soles!”
