“I am an overseas buyer from HK. Haven’t received my parcel yet due to the delivery problem. The recipient in UK warehouse staff said they did not receive my parcel. But the delivery company website showed the parcel is arrived, what can I do, anyone can help?”

“The crocs were gr8 but they sent me 2 pair instead of 1 & I didn't return them as it would have cost me & I was charged nearly £15 VAT. WONT BE USJNG COMPANY IN FUTURE.”

“These shoes are just unwearable. They are made extremely wide which results in them flipping off. Definitely not suitable for a nurse who may need to run in the event of an emergency. These would be great if you have very wide feet.”

“I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. The top straps are different lengths and too loose. I contacted Crocs who couldn’t help as they were bought from a 3rd party, World of Clogs ! I bought them to take overseas in 2 days and are trying to shrink the straps in the dryer!. I paid a lot of money for these shoes”

“Don’t order from these people. I don’t believe the shoes are really Sanitas. The sizing is inconsistent, and the workmanship isn’t comparable to my old Sanitas. See the attached pictures.”

“I did not receive the clog I ordered. They were expensive so I assumed they would have checked the order before sending it out. They sent out a large men’s shoe. No where in the paperwork could I find where the actual SIZE was written . So I’m guessing it happens a lot. I had to go back to my original order to make sure I had ordered the correct size, which I had, which is not what I got!”

“Hello I sent 2 pictures. One with the condition after wearing my long awaited Swedish clogs, second is my purchase information. I have many pairs of Swedish clogs, that’s all I wear to work as a Recovery Room Nurse, I do not work in construction building houses as these clogs look like they were walked in rocks and dirt all day. This picture is from wearing them the day I opened them worked for 9 hours inside an air conditioned, tile clean floors hospital. I have no words.”

“I ordered a pair of buzz light year crocs size 11 for my fiance as a birthday present, waited over a week for them to arrive, had to email yous as I wanted them for his Bday only for yous to email saying you made a stock error saying they were in stock when they weren’t so had to spend more money buying the crocs from some where and not having them for his birthday, abit disappointed.”

“Very unprofessional service . Ordered pair with delivery between 2-4 days . Because no communication, no tracking after 3 days asked PayPal for help . Money been refunded but I have been emailed several moaning by owner in late night hours . Be prepared to not receive in time”

“I bought Australia women size 5.5 . I normally bought size 5 from world of clog so I don’t think that big difference between. But when I receive it like size 7. And I place order on 12/7 and pay for DHL post $49.95 it said will arrive 3-5 day but it take 9 days to arrive.”
