“I live in Canada, and unfortunately my experience with the World of Clogs website has not been very user-friendly. It has now been more than 15 working days since I placed my order. I paid extra for express shipping and received a tracking number, but I have been unable to access it. The tracking link redirects me to a delivery website that requires signing in, yet there is no option to create an account. I was never provided with any login credentials or instructions on how to track my shipment, which makes it impossible to see where my order currently is. I have also tried to contact the company to ask about my shipment since the estimated delivery time has already passed. However, I could not find a clear or accessible way to reach customer support. The only contact information visible appears to be a physical address in the UK, which is not practical for resolving a shipping issue. If there is an email contact somewhere, it is very difficult to locate due to how unintuitive the website is. Because of the lack of communication, tracking access, and customer support options, the experience has been quite stressful. At one point, I genuinely worried that I might have been scammed, as I paid approximately $200 and still have no confirmation of where my shipment is or how to contact either the delivery company or the seller, despite paying extra for express service. I apologize if anything here is misunderstood, but overall this was not an enjoyable purchasing experience.”

“I have bought at least 2 pairs of clogs from World of Clogs before - the last ones in 2024 and I have always found them comfortable to wear around the house. With the latest pair it is a different matter. The leather is very hard and although they are the right size they hurt the sides of my feet and are painful to wear making them unwearable. I am very disappointed.”

“Disastrous! I purchased a pair of Black Nubuck Suede Leather 1907 Danish Clogs. I was thoroughly disappointed when I tried them on. The right Clog has significantly less fur lining than the left Clog! All I would like is a simple exchange, but Rob at World of Clogs will have none if it! He admitted the fur discrepancy. I want an exchange! I am so very upset!”

“No, puedo escribir una buena reseña debido a que no he recibido el paquete, no me encontraba en casa el día de la entrega y ahora no se donde esta mi pedido. He llamado a la empresa de envío y me han dicho que me ponga en contacto con el remitente, y así lo he hecho y no me han dado ninguna solución. Quiero saber donde se encuentra mi paquete y si lo van a reenviar a la dirección de domicilio que esta indicada desde la compra.”

“These shoes are just unwearable. They are made extremely wide which results in them flipping off. Definitely not suitable for a nurse who may need to run in the event of an emergency. These would be great if you have very wide feet.”

“I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. The top straps are different lengths and too loose. I contacted Crocs who couldn’t help as they were bought from a 3rd party, World of Clogs ! I bought them to take overseas in 2 days and are trying to shrink the straps in the dryer!. I paid a lot of money for these shoes”

“Don’t order from these people. I don’t believe the shoes are really Sanitas. The sizing is inconsistent, and the workmanship isn’t comparable to my old Sanitas. See the attached pictures.”
