“I have really enjoyed dealing with world of clogs , the service is teriffic and the clogs are great quality, I have worn mine in the garden for years and my wife loves hers , easy to wear , comfort able , stable , and hose them when they get dirty. Really happy customers.”

“I loved my original clogs and since I wore them out I thought I would get another pair. I love these clogs but the only thing that is different is the heel. I did to get a heel griper as they are little big in the heel.”

“I ordered a pair of Sanita clogs recently that were defective some how. Right size but the opening was so small I could only get my toes in the shoes. Contacting customer service was not easy nor was returning (at my own expense) and I've not received a refund yet. Most likely won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend.”

“I live in Canada, and unfortunately my experience with the World of Clogs website has not been very user-friendly. It has now been more than 15 working days since I placed my order. I paid extra for express shipping and received a tracking number, but I have been unable to access it. The tracking link redirects me to a delivery website that requires signing in, yet there is no option to create an account. I was never provided with any login credentials or instructions on how to track my shipment, which makes it impossible to see where my order currently is. I have also tried to contact the company to ask about my shipment since the estimated delivery time has already passed. However, I could not find a clear or accessible way to reach customer support. The only contact information visible appears to be a physical address in the UK, which is not practical for resolving a shipping issue. If there is an email contact somewhere, it is very difficult to locate due to how unintuitive the website is. Because of the lack of communication, tracking access, and customer support options, the experience has been quite stressful. At one point, I genuinely worried that I might have been scammed, as I paid approximately $200 and still have no confirmation of where my shipment is or how to contact either the delivery company or the seller, despite paying extra for express service. I apologize if anything here is misunderstood, but overall this was not an enjoyable purchasing experience.”
