“Service and delivery very good. Sizing on footwearcompletely wrong both mine and my husbands crocs were 2 sizes too big despite ordering uk sizes. Both pairs returned.”

“The process for sizing of clog size is problematic. A clear chart with UK/EU/US is needed. And if the size does not work, the customer must pay for returning shipping. Not a good process for selling shoes online.”

“They are not true to size. If you are a small person, get a smaller size. I’ve sent my clogs back twice for smaller sizes. Plus the shipping is costing me money for return/exchange. However, they are a very nice shoe. And I was able to return/exchange in the US. It saved a little money in shipping cost. But, I had to wait for the UK to send me a new pair. Be cautious of the sizes.”

“ORDERED THE CLOGS BUT THEY NEVER ARRIVED DESPITE WAITING IN TO RECEIVE THEM FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY , DPD , WHO NEVER TURNED UP AND NEXT THING I WAS TOLD IS THAT THEY WERE ON THE WAY BACK TO YOU ! A WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME !”

“Sorry, had to return them, they looked like someone had already worn them for a short while before returning them. Perhaps warehouse staff need to check returned items more closely. No quibble by WoC though for reimbursement.”

“Paid for delivery within 1-2 days and they arrived after 4 so needlessly spent extra on delivery. Purchased as 6.5, labelled as 6.5 but way too small. Compared against a 5.5 and the same size. Now having to pay for return. Poor experience”

“I have only worn these clogs for two weeks and have not treated them roughly at all. I was and still am shocked to see two cracks appear in the right clog. They are very comfortable and I did not want to return them so I did try to super glue the cracks together needless to say that did not work, hence I did not return them. It is a shame as they are comfortable to wear and befor the cracks in the leather appeared looked good.”

“The website and delivery were fine, but the clog seemed very different to the picture. I was expecting a squat, robust clog but what I got was a long, slim shoe that didn't have the artisanal proportions I had hoped for. I am very disappointed.”

“Perfect products, as always, but a poor shopping experience when placing my last order which was a disappointment and a surprise as previous interactions have always been excellent. Really lacking the “human touch”; the World of Clogs seem reluctant to communicate using any mode other than through the online order process. A lack of management contact details available also make it nigh-on impossible to escalate or provide timely feedback. Great clogs - poor “comms””
