“Got two pair. I erroneously ordered a navy and light wood and thought it was black (it looked black on the website though so I was confused). They fit perfectly but wasn’t the colour I wanted. Then ordered dark brown and brown wood and they were really tight fit, sadly had to return both.”

“I’m happy with my clogs and very comfortable. However they are already have marks on them, after 3 wears. I know there leather and I did put protective spray before use. My last pair were shiny, deep maroon which I loved and they lasted over 3 years. Could you bring back the plain shiny colours? Thanks”

“I ordered the Birkenstock Super-Birki for work, hoping for a comfortable and reliable shoe, especially since it’s advertised as non-slip. I really love how it looks and it is quite comfortable when worn. However, the biggest issue—and dealbreaker for me—is the lack of slip resistance. On my first day wearing them, I immediately noticed how slippery they were on the work floor. I only had them on for about 1–2 minutes before I felt unsafe and had to switch back to my old shoes. Honestly, my $10 non-slip clogs had better grip. Since then, these have just been sitting in my locker. Unfortunately, I can’t return them because I already removed the tags, which makes this feel like a waste of money. I wanted to love them, but they didn’t deliver on the most important feature for a work shoe.”

“Thank you for writing. I like these Sanita clogs; however l cannot seem to find the right size for me. I bought a size 37 a few years ago and they were too small. This time, l looked at the chart and bought European size 38 equivalent to American size 7 and they’re huge!!! I don’t know what to do now; if l exchange them for size 37, l’m afraid they will be too small. The main reason why l have bought these shoes is the price, but now that l have to pay for the shipping to return or exchange them, they will come out just as expensive as Dansko. Also, l was waiting for an email from this company which took forever. I don’t think is fair that l should pay for the return or exchange since the sizes do not coincide with our American scale. Why can’t l just get a return label? I need to return these shoes ASAP, but do not even know how to do it, l don’t even have an address. I need to do this quickly, please!!!”

“They seem well made but, for me at least, they are not wide enough and somehow this contributes to a not so perfect fit. The cut of the leather upper and moulding of the wooden ‘sole’ push/twist my heel just over the edge of the heel.”

“I purchased yellow wooden clogs. Unfortunately the colour was too bright and the leather was dimpled at the toes so I returned them. I have a brown pair of Toffein clogs which are great. The sizing is more like a size 5 than 4 but very comfortable indeed.”

“These are really lovely clogs to look at, but unfortunately not totally comfortable to walk in. I find there's not enough roll in the sole so the upper bruises the upper part of my foot. I'm hoping that over time they might get more comfortable”
