Perfect products, as always, but a poor shopping experience when placing my last order which was a disappointment and a surprise as previous interactions have always been excellent. Really lacking the “human touch”; the World of Clogs seem reluctant to communicate using any mode other than through the online order process. A lack of management contact details available also make it nigh-on impossible to escalate or provide timely feedback. Great clogs - poor “comms”
