“The fleece I ordered was excellent but a bit too small. I called up and the member of staff I spoke to explained the returns policy very clearly. I took the fleece to a Collect point, the replacement arrived a day later, and my original payment was reimbursed within a couple of days. Overall excellent product, very good value, and outstanding service.”

“What went wrong, more like what went right. But must say eventually I received my order all be after several phone calls and emails. I can also add the Customer services person I was dealing with was extremely professional and understanding. However there does seem to be miss understanding lack of communication between your departments. My original order was apparently lost !! So a replacement order was sent which was not equal to my original order. Once I received my order , all be it in parts, the quality of the goods and the embroidery was of a high standard. Considering this was ordered for a charity event and was not then received until after the event it was extremely disappointing, I will now hold another event just to get use.”

“The hoodie arrived too late for me to use on holiday. Now on my return I find it is too thick and heavy and would like to return it for a refund. Please can you supply a return address and refund application. Many Thanks. Trish Duncan”

“Well....I was disappointed that you ignored our careful description and mock up photos of our order and therefore the first batch was wrong....and then wouldn't accept a sensible offer for the wrong ones, and then invoiced us for the wrong ones, and only credited us once they had been returned - all this was your fault/lack of quality control - and the subsequent credit notes deducted the cost of delivery - so we had to pay twice for the garments we ordered.. Not exactly top quality service & assistance bearing in mind the efforts we went to explain and design our requirements....
