“Terrible communication, account manager wouldn't respond to inquiries or P/O requests. Ordering items means e-mailing a P/O (which turns out to be a quote request even though prices are stated), then need to phone up the office (being on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes) to then place the order ?!?!?!”

“I never received my order. I've tried to track it down online, unsuccessfully. I've tried online chat support, they said they will ask for tracking info from the supervisor, and I never heard back from them. I also tried calling, was on hold for over 10 minutes without any response. I will contact my credit card company to cancel this billing. This is awful and unacceptable!”

“I purchased 2 long sleeved t-shirts. They were very good quality and beautifully finished and better value than the high street. Despite my very small order, staff were helpful and pro-active and I received my items quickly. I'm a very happy customer and would use Workwear Express again for basic t-shirts.”

“I was extremely pleased with the actual quality of the cotton used, how it looked on me and the price! I really wasn't sure of the quality when I saw the price but I will be ordering more because they are prefect not only as work wear but also as a casual top!”

“Poor delivery. Said item was in stock but was actually being provided from a third party. Took a week for delivery. When I did actually receive the items two had stains and had to be returned. Not very impressed.”

“The day after I received the item and I tried it on, I realised that I should ve bought a size smaller. I emailed the sales team with the query and got no reply, not even an acknowledgement. Highly disappointed with the unprofessional approach towards a customer 's query.”
