i made an order for 2 umbrellas and 2 hats with my logo on them the hats are good but the umbrellas are shocking the logo is only printed on one part of the umbrella and it is so cheaply printed and so small you would not even notice the logo or the company name this was my second order with this company in the last 2 months and my last I will be looking elsewhere for my workwear now

Ordered a pair of safety boots which were in stock but then I get an email 2 days later saying they are no longer in stock. Absolute joke!!!

Purchased heavy duty waterproof two-piece suit but the garments only lasted 2 weeks - not fit for purpose. The internal lining wore though.

Three lots of deliveries later and still items are wrong. I only ordered 6 items in total and can’t quite understand how the application was so poor and for the majority missing from items I’d paid for them to applied to. Someone asked me the other day where I got the bodywarmer I was wearing from. I told them and explained I’d never be placing another order. The customer service from the people I spoke to in the office couldn’t have been better with handling the complaints though.

Didn't buy off here in the end. Too many hidden charges that you only find out until you get to the checkout stage. Was supposed to be £14 for the fleece but the total cost for one ends up around £80

I would have marked zero if possible. Please stop claiming wrinkle free fabric for the uneek white oxford short sleeve shirt with button down collar. It is a downright lie!

Evrythings has gone wrong since September - wrong items sent out, wrong artwork printed on items. NO LOGO printed on items and it just keeps going nad going. We have now had to refund all our customers uniforms and are out of pocket . We've received no customer service and it seems like no one cares about us. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat customers and we will certainly be finding another supplier but it's quite clear no one at workwear express cares about this at all.

Over two weeks passed since placing order and no news on where it is. Went on live chat and they said it is 'pending' but they can't tell me anymore and I would have to email or telephone. Email them and still no one response three days later. No filing a visa dispute to get my money back. Won't be using again. Terrible customer service. AVOID.

This review is not for the purchase (which i did more than 2 years ago and was very happy!!). This time i kept getting invoice for purchase i didn't done. I replayed and send emails telling that i am no longer working (for more than 2 years) in the company the invoice sent to. I also gave the email for contact person whom i assume did the purchase (the guy who replace me in the work). I didn't got any replaly but still got 3 more email regard to this purchase include this review...

My order was completely wrong. I could tell the man wasn’t listening to me clearly on the phone. They arrived with the wrong logo on the shirts. The wrong number of shirts that were meant to have the logo for the larger order were swapped so we have loads of shirts with a logo that was only meant to go on a small amount. These were all meant for a photo shoot on the same day. Called and let them know. Never received an email or a refund, or replacement shirts. Really disappointed as I used you a few times before and the lady was great. I knew the man answering the phone wasn’t interested in my order and from the start he wasn’t listening to me and kept getting it wrong and the fact no one has called the salon or followed this up is very strange.

Arrived on time but tshirts stitching unravelled after 1 wash(delicate 40 degrees) As i had applyed my design to them, i didnt get a refund or replacement. Poor!!!!

Terrible service from start to finish. Over 14-day wait for the item, its turned up the wrong color and they have printed the logo on the hoodie rather than embroid as they had charged for. Customer service has been poor throughout and am now sending back for a refund. I expect this process to be as painful as the rest has been

The sales agent I dealt with seemed totally uninterested in making a sale. First of all I had to chase for the quote in the first instance (I should have known at that point) Then she missed things off the quote that I had specifically asked for e.g artwork costs. She kept asking for information I had already given her, e.g JPEGS & images, she obviously couldn't be bothered to look back on our previous communications. Her entire attitude was she really couldn't have cared less. I have therefore taken our custom to Bananamoon who seem much more willing to help. Not impressed at all.

My order was placed on the 26/09/2018 - two weeks ago today. After chasing up early last week I was informed that machine had broken and was deplaying orders being printed - I would very much be surprised if you's only had one machine for printing logos on t-shirts, seeing as that is a main function of your business. I am shocked that it took me to contact yourselfs to find out that the machine was broke. I again contacted the customer service person on Friday 5/10/18, she replied to say the machine would be fixed by Monday and she 'should be able to tell me something then' - I am still waiting to hear back from her regarding the machine and if work has even begun on my order. In terms of customer service I would have liked to be informed straight away that an issue was going to affect the turn around time of my order, and not only contacted but updated on any progress in the matter. It is not only affecting me but it is affecting clients of mine and perspective sales in the future - which is bad for my business. I had planned on ordering more clothing but there has been nothing Express about this service. I had been referred to Workwear Express by a friend who has had great service from yourselfs, at the moment I am seriously considering finding another saupplier as this first experience of using the company has been very poor. I sent an e-mail again yesterday asking for an urgent update and I am yet to get a response. At this moment I am seriously considering cancelling my order and getting a full refund.

We ordered 5 embroidered t-shirts in a large size. When they arrived, the fit was extremely small...definitely not a large!!. There was a lot of back and forth (this went on for over a month) to sort something out. As the t-shirts were embroidered we were told that nothing could be done for us which is very disappointing. We've effectively lost €200. We will not be ordering from Workwear Express again unfortunately.

Everything. Paid for express delivery.....Didn't get it. Was told order would be with us on a certain day.....it hadn't even left the depot. Was promised a refund of express delivery charge.....still haven't received it. Overall a totally bad experience with Workwearexpress. Certainly would not recommend

I placed my order on 2nd September, first of all I was not updated that the tunic I ordered was out of stock and the dispatch time had been changed, then they called me to say that the big back logo couldn’t be done due to a pleat in the back of the tunic, so they’ve placed my order on hold, even though I have emailed to say I still want it I am yet to receive any emails back, the took the payment of £40 on 3rd September, we are now 12 days later and I still have not received the tunic or got a response as to when I will receive it. Personally the company should not take payment until the item is shipped and should keep customers informed of what stage their product is at. Extremely disappointed in the service and will never ever use this company again.
