This parcel was due to arrive last Wednesday it didn’t so I phoned your computer any who said that they couldn’t find it so would issue a replacement one which would arrive at my address not the pick up point on Monday it didn’t arrive so I assume I have to collect from the pick up point after all not very happy

I've used WE for past few years and never had an issue with orders...until now! Put an order through and asked specifically for Logo on back of vis vests. Followed steps carefully and expected a proof to be forwarded prior to print. Workwear Express made an assumption that I wanted a previous order with Text on back not Logo even though the website clearly has a choice of Logo. Apparently the customer is not always right and I was informed that this is what I ordered over a year ago so they gave me the same. Unfortunately their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and have accused me of the mistake and would not refund. I didn't ask for a refund!!! Not so much as a discount on my next purchase to keep their customer even after their mistake. Poor performance Workwear Express-Will definitely seek a supplier who avoids problems not causes them. BUYER BE WARNED!

Do not use this company ! I ordered a brown apron for my son in law in Belfast and instead received 4 black polo shirts. On complaining by phone they sent a courier to collect the shirts, but still no sign of the apron at either address, although they are happy to take my money!

Ordred 100% polyester t-shirts and received 60/40 polyester and cotton. Contacted Work Wear and told can not help because they are printed t-shirt with my logo on them! Not my fault they sent the wrong t-shirts!!

Size not as advertised - way bigger than standard sized garments. Didn't complain initially as no big deal for 3 t shirts. Received a call from customer care 4 days ago, just them checking to see if order was okay. Discussed the sizing issue, was told that someone would call me back later than day to sort the issue, which I thought was great. No call though, which means not only am I disappointed with the sizing, but the fact I was contacted to check everything was okay, to the not follow up on a promise suggested by yourselves is very poor form.

Delivered to the wrong address due to a technical error and no attempt to resolve. Will be re-writing this review wherever possible.

Ordered online to be collected and only to be told It’s delivery only. Spoke to customer service with screen shot to prove I could collect it. They were not aware of this. Uniform itself was wrong size. The company will taking business elsewhere for future uniforms of employees.

absolute rubbish asked for embroidery and got printed on polo shirts. after one wash which we did cooler than the temperature on polo shirts colour is fading and starting to come off would not recommend and never will use again total rubbish

Poor embroidery quality. Shirt material gathered/pulled around logo and when returned for quality check we were told goods had passed a quality check as the issue was 'something that always happen on the polyester shirts'. Goods were then retuned to us. Why no warning of this issue on the website before order, or, at the time of order to give customers the option of ordering a different shirt where it does't 'alaways happen'? Poor.

Very bad printing quality, colours come out a lot different even after i approved them. missing buttons on the Polo's Sizing is never accurate, very square jumpers. Used these before and everything was fine but it seems to lack quality for the amount of money spent. Wont be using again.

I am pretty sure i was send used tops. The white piping was actually so dirty i an only assume it was previously work. It just looked dirty. Not worth money at all. I expect very good quality when i pay at least £17 for a top and all 3 came dirty. I was not happy at all.

We ordered our products as we had done several times before but when I sent back a product after developing a fault after one day of wear, we were told that, as we had not brought it up within 24 hours of delivery, nothing could be done. A disgraceful way to treat repeat customers. Who opens and wears all their products within 24hours?

First time Ive used this company and never again. Ordered items for now as in stock. Took my money and no emails. Contact them to see what is going on and told some items not due till august. Asked for my money back and told I would get email confirming this and still no email. Shocking.

The printing on the back of the garments looks like a child had input the numbering all completely wrong won’t use again

The tops themselves were of cheap quality and even though i ordered large the tops would be to small for a child. Very disappointed

Not happy with quality of customer service or postage. next day after purchase I got notification of parcel being sent and tracking number, 2 days later got message that parcel didn't make it to pick up shop, went back to courier local depot and without any further update on what's going on the parcel has been lying there for a week! they didn't make second attempt to deliver it, instead, after the week it was sent back to the shop and re-sent to my chosen pick up shop, workwear express didn't even bother to inform my about the reason of delay(courier's broken pda). Got my order with 2 weeks delay and not even an apology. I ordered fleece and bodywarmer, both size L, received items labeled as size L, fleece was OK, bodywarmer was so big I could wear it on my winter jacket. Wrote an email about this problem. That was 2 weeks ago, received zero response with instructions what should I do? Send back wrong item or whole order, get refund or replace? Nothing. I'm not shopping here ever again.

I don't know why this happened, but the jacket I ordered for myself, a 6-foot tall man, was sized for a child. Completely useless. And no, I truly couldn't be bothered complaining, I'm in London UK and had already waited months for it. That's it, the last piece of clothing to be ordered from abroad!
