“Great customer service, however was finish on product was slightly underwhelming, some threads had been left loose on embroidery and as a number of items were made, the finish was not consistent overall.”

“Im still waiting for my purchase please can this be looked into I ordered it 20.7.2018 and I have rung up once to chase it. Three times now I have rung for my purchase. I received a TXT and E-Mail today to state my purchase should be delivered tomorrow 4.9.2018 Fingers crossed.”

“The product is really good the only thing that stops this being an excellent company is that they get the order wrong every time we place an order. In there defence their great customer service always put it right but it does sometimes take another 2 weeks to get a resolution and receive what you originally ordered. There has never been any issues with quality of garments”

“I was left rather disappointed by my latest order - the work polo shirts which I get, which are great, you have stopped doing embroidered logos on, for what reason I do not know. I have shirts that get worn daily and the embroidery remains excellent so why you stopped doing it is beyond me. Now you only do those shirts with a printed logo on, which I tried - the print quality is terrible, and after only one wash is coming off. As such you have left me with no choice but to source a new supplier.”
