“Despite several requests to different people, and their assurances that it would be sorted, you sent delivery notes and invoices to an old contact you had on file. This man now has nothing to do with us, and you put me it a very difficult position by getting him involved. Extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately you also couldn't do the embroidery I needed, so overall a terrible experience and I will not be using you again.”

“Ease of ordering was simple and ordered in time for next day delivery for Thursday. Item didn't arrive and had to chase up the order. Customer services were not entirely helpful and passed the blame to the courier service they use. Item finally arrived Monday afternoon which was very disappointing as the reason for ordering via Workwear Express was the next day delivery service - not quite express!”

“We ordered samples from Workwear Express but sadly didn't proceed with our order as the items we required were not available in the colour shades we needed. However, the customer service we received from start to finish, including follow up calls was excellent! Any queries I had were dealt with immediately, the samples were sent out to us without delay and the whole process was quick and easy. I can honestly say I am disappointed we have gone with another company, as their customer service is shocking and I would rather deal with Workwear Express.”

“Not a great first experience, I ordered tee shirts to be embroidered and paid. Phone call to say that they couldn't embroider these tee shirts as they were too thin, great quality products then? so had to upgrade, also had to pay another £53 as their system had not put all the items down that I ticked to be embroidered even though I ticked everything? (and the logo is paid separately, not obvious on the site)The upgraded tee shirts came with the wrong colour embroidery even though I had many conversations about what I wanted and emailed them. The fleeces are nice but the tees look like they won't last two minutes, in face two are already wearing through. Won't be buying again.”

“They have the exactly sort of work wear I need for work as the firm I work for has a fairly strict dress code - no logos allowed on our clothes, and it has to be plain black. And the polo shirt fits me perfectly - I'll keep it for work.”

“I had to ring customer service to see where the trousers were. the trousers were coming direct the manufacturer - they hadn't done anything. so after a wee gentle nudge they decided to send some. instead of a 31" inside I got a 33" leg so then had the expense of getting them shortened. not brilliant all round.”
