“The T-shirts that I ordered were at a very good price were delivered really quickly. They seem of a good quality for the price. Only time will tell how good they are after repeated use and washing. I should add that they are available in a vast range of colours.”

“Having received an incorrectly produced order and returned it the same day, a week later I had not heard a word re a replacement order. Emailed my concerns. Received a phone reply today where young man was put in the loop. He was going, immediately he put the phone down, to see about getting my order processed and to me by Monday when Flowers Band, currently ranked 13th in the world, are expecting to receive them. 3 hours later I have not heard from him despite a promise to let me know how he got on. I appreciate the waiting for a particular size of shirt but was not happy that there had not been any contact from yourselves. I have had to suggest I receive all barr 1 in order to hopefully have them on time. We have major brass band competitions in Symphony Hall, Birmingham ,Royal Albert Hall, and the Sage Gateshead and wished to have new smart casual polos celebrating our 50 years.”

“With so much choice of suppliers and a plethora of options on designs, fabrics ETC, choosing to update my staff uniforms for the cafe was a tough journey! I settled with workwear express and can honestly say the process from start to finish was fun, professional and produced exactly what I wanted. Just wish all my staff were the same size and gender! Will definitely use again”

“Order 10 embroidered caps, turned out different to the artwork proof which was annoying, was offered nothing to compensate so I decided to get more done with a new design. New caps came embroidered using the wrong colours which I was asked to return before getting replacements. was refunded for the express manufacturing I paid for and now has almost been 3 weeks since ordering. Although the general response to my order had been good its also been a bit frustrating.”

“The service was very good my order came the next day as stated. Unfortunately your sizing is not very accurate. I ordered a Large ladies size 14, my normal size, and I could hardly get it on, so I need to swap for a larger size. There is no returns information in the parcel so I will have to telephone the company to find out how I return and exchange the item.”

“I ordered my work t-shirts through work wear express and was extremely pleased with the service and product. I had 5 t-shirt printed with my business name on the left breast and also a large name on the rear shoulders. The printing and tshirts were very good quality. Delivery arrived within 3 days and overall very pleased. Highly recommended Workwear express”
