“Dear Mr Ward, With regard to my recent purchase with Workwear Express, to say I am disappointed is a complete understatement! I placed an order for Dickies Bib and Brace 38short in Grey, when the order arrived the 38s turned into a 44 with 31” inside leg, I contacted Workwear Express to advise the wrong item had been sent and a requesting a replacement, I received an email back advising to return by click and collect which I done, then I get an email saying that a refund excluding my postage costs will be made to the same card I made the purchase with, I replied to this querying why I was not simply getting a refund and got a 4 word reply saying “it will be replacement” Then I receive another pair which this time are the wrong colour, I have emailed advising the order is wrong again, the colour is unacceptable and requesting a second return slip. The shopping experience with Workwear Express has been very SLOW, Very FRUSTRATING, and very DISSAPOINTING. I have yet to receive an apology for the inconvenience to me for having to print return labels then go to the click & collect shop to return the order, I can only assume the “more than a dozen members of staff working on my order” have little regard for customer care, little regard to detail, and very little regard for fulfilling the customers order in an express way but with a bit of care and attention to the finer details which are very important in clothing, i.e – size and colour both of which were wrong! This is a sad reflection of a business when others are closing daily. I would not recommend Workwear Express and as a returning customer I will not be returning in the future and will look for another retailer whose staff can distinguish between good and poor service, yes the garment is well made but that is not of your doing. I have given 1 star as not allowed to leave no stars! Regards, Brian McNaughton”
